Goal:

The goals of this subject matter are:

To bring in the function and nature of entrepreneurship as a device for creating new ventures and affecting monetary development; To go over the gumptiouspioneering, up-and-coming process;

To identify characteristics and qualifications of entrepreneurs; To provide an awareness of creativity and getting the right organization area in addition to the legal issues; To arrange the business prepare: marketing, economic and organizational plans; To talk about alternative types of capital;

To provide material relevant to establishing, producing and finishing the opportunity as well as going public.

At the end from the course, the students should be able to:

Stir up the businessperson spirit inside oneself.

Understand the means of starting up an enterprise venture as well as the legal issues behind it.

Prepare a business plan pertaining to starting up an enterprise venture. Evaluate the feasibility of a business and to separate various ways for obtaining start up capital. Assess the necessary characteristics and qualities of the good entrepreneurial account Assess the environment and potential markets
