Ecommerce Critical Research

The growth in the Internet as well as the electronic commerce is expanding with a wonderful speed in the last years. With this line, the increase of the competence is delivering a great interest in examining the factors of acceptation and success of your website. Hence, many studies have got emphasizing the style of a website being a critical aspect for the achievement of your successfully virtual store. Concretely, the aim of this study is usually to identify the real key factors that influence the degree of success with the websites. Particularly, we focus on the specific elements related to the internet design. A heuristic analysis, which is based on the examination of a multidisciplinary group of experts, was carried out in order to find out and better understand the negative and positive practices of two recognized websites. The literature review and the results of the check allowed us to identify the critical elements related to web design and to offer some managerial implications for designers to get an efficient e-commerce internet site.

Regarding this progress online businesses, an excellent increase of competence is happening. In this circumstance, there has been coming a great body system of analysis focused on the factors that affect the success of an e-commerce website. From this line, many investigations have identified the web style as a key factor for the development of a good software for rewarding the consumer needs. A good design is relevant to get companies to survive in the incredibly competitive Internet (e. g. [37], [50], [58]). Additionally, web design is very important to get higher amounts of satisfaction while using website [34] or to raise the online purchase objective of the customer [57]. In this context, there is a growing and unique interest among managers in knowing the essential factors that may help them to accomplish their websites' success. This professional fascination has been relocated to the academic range, in which a great number of research workers have aimed at identifying the aspects that influence the businesses' numbers of acceptation and success on the electronic channel (e. g. [30], [60]). Thus, the goals of this study are the pursuing: 1 . to recognize the key factors that could decide the success of those sites, focusing on the specific aspects relevant to the web design and style;

2 . to develop a heuristic check in order to find out good and bad methods carried out by relevant firms within the Internet today; and

3. to suggest some managerial guidelines with the aim of suggesting adequate design of the websites. two Factors Affecting the Website Achievement

Lately, a great number of writers have made efforts in order to delimit the concept connected to a effective website. From this sense, the marketing literature has emphasized the consumers' perspective in order to establish how an ecommerce website should be for the achievement of success.
